Lessons from a modern-day “Tree of Life” remind us that we’re called to be guardians of the seat of faith.

We’re called to strengthen faith individually and collectively. There is available to us a plurality of ministry opportunities, but we will remain weak in all areas of faith if we don’t prioritize two practices.

Strengthening faith requires a clarification of what it means to increase our faith and begins with one simple, yet essential command. We gain wisdom from the prophet Jeremiah for this first step.

We begin the New Year with a measure of new and old—a renewed pursuit of a familiar purpose: faith toward God. Embracing the charge that the “righteous live by faith” we explore the challenge to seek faith through understanding what we should flee, what we should pursue, what we should fight.
